Specialist projects
We have worked on unique projects including a specialist care home for children, and an innovative care facility for dementia patients which won Premier Guarantee’s Social Housing Development of the Year in 2017.
After care
With Springfield you can be secure in the knowledge we provide 24 hours a day support within the first year homes are occupied. We have a dedicated emergency help line that residents can call if they experience loss of power, plumbing/heating malfunction, blocked drains or issues with external unsecure doors.
