Land bank
We are currently building in key regions across Scotland through six well respected brands.
As of 30th November 2025, our owned and contracted land bank consisted of 7,305 plots, 63% of which with planning in place.
In the 2024/25 financial year, we made the strategic decision to focus our future development in the North of Scotland. Across the Highlands, Moray and Aberdeenshire the pace and scale of job creation to deliver energy infrastructure, aimed at achieving energy security, is unprecedented.
This infrastructure development will require new housing for thousands of additional workers, and with 4,362 owned and contracted plots across 62 developments in the North of Scotland, we are exceptionally well placed to support the increase in housing. Our owned and contracted land is shown on the map below:
In addition, we have a strategic land bank of 6,293 plots under option – 4,652 of which are located in the North of Scotland and we are promoting a further c. 5,000 plots in this area. Our strategic options are shown here:
