Land bank

With active and future developments in the Highlands down to the Scottish borders and in the East through to the West, we have a presence in all key regions of Scotland operating through our six well established and respected brands. As of 30 November 2023, our land bank consisted of 6,421 owned plots, over 86% of which with planning.
