Land bank
With active and future developments across the country, we have a presence in all key regions of Scotland operating through our six well established and respected brands. We have one of the largest land banks in Scotland with land in key locations. As of 31st May 2024, our owned land bank consisted of 5,593 plots, over 88% of which with planning generating six years of activity. In addition, another 6,866 plots are contracted, 57% of which with planning in place and would generate eight years of activity.
Over and above this, we have strategic options on a further 2,460 acres of land which would equate to around 24,605 plots and 28 years of activity.
