Our Villages
A Springfield Village is a new place with everything a community needs to thrive. Our villages are designed to include around 1,500-3,500 homes, across a variety of tenures, shops and other local amenities, provision for education, cycle and walking routes with play parks and open space for all to enjoy.
We are also developing other strategic sites of importance like, the Maples at Ness Side, Inverness which is under construction and over 100 homes are occupied. Once complete, it will include over 750 homes.
The concept of communities is at our core, and this is particularly evident at our village developments. We are committed to doing all we can to create sustainable communities for families to enjoy for years to come.
