Potential Masterplan Consent Areas

Supporting new housing to unlock economic growth across the Highlands

The Highland Council is currently engaging the public on Masterplan Consent Areas (MCAs) which is one way to accelerate planning for new homes. 

Too often, only the voices of the minority that are opposed to development are heard.  If you are in favour of better housing, improved roads, and a thriving local economy, please show your support by sending a letter to the Highland Council in just a few clicks. 

The Highland Council requires feedback by 31 March 2026, please show your support by that date.
