Tulloch Homes shortlisted in two categories at Scottish Home Awards
8th May 2026
Tulloch Homes has been shortlisted in two categories at this year's Scottish Home Awards, recognising both the quality of its developments and its contribution to the wider community.
The homebuilder’s Parks View development in Inverness, which offers panoramic views across the city, has been named a finalist in the Large Development of the Year category.
The company has also been shortlisted for the Community Contribution award, following the £40,000 raised for mental wellbeing charity Mikeysline at the company's 100 year anniversary event last year.
Kieran Graham, Managing Director of Tulloch Homes, said:
"Being recognised for both the quality of our developments and our community contribution means a great deal. We are proud to have partnered with Mikeysline, who provide vital mental health support throughout the Highlands. Raising £40k is a phenomenal effort and was a great way to mark our 100-year anniversary.”
“We are equally delighted to see our development at Parks being recognised in the large development category. The location of Parks adds great character to the development, which benefits from fantastic views across the Highlands."
Being shortlisted across both sets of awards reflects the quality of homes Tulloch Homes builds, the service provided to customers, and the support offered in the communities where the company is active. Tulloch Homes is selective about the awards it enters, making it especially pleasing that every category submitted so far this year has resulted in a shortlisting.
The winners of the Scottish Home Awards will be announced at a ceremony in Glasgow this June.
