Homes built by award winning Project Manager
4th July 2025

Highland housebuilder Tulloch Homes, part of the Springfield Group, is celebrating one of their employees who has achieved an exclusive national award.
Project Manager, Cameron Brand, who has recently been promoted to Contracts Manager, has secured the exclusive NHBC Pride in the Job award for his work at the Maples development in Inverness.
NHBC, the largest provider of new home warranties and insurance, launched their award programme 45 years ago to showcase the best standards and reward excellence across the housebuilding industry.
The rigorous judging process assesses six key areas: consistency, attention to detail, leadership, interpretation of drawings and specifications, technical expertise and health and safety.
Originally from Aviemore, Cameron first joined Tulloch in 2014 as Trainee Site Manager. He progressed his career with Tulloch Homes, who are honouring their 100th year in business this year, moving to Assistant Site Manager in 2017 and then Site Manager in 2018. He first started at the Maples as Site Manager in 2023. Earlier this month, he was promoted to Contracts Manager.
Cameron said:
“Achieving a Pride in the Job award is certainly a career highlight and is reflective of the site team at the Maples. This award isn’t just for me – it’s for each of the employees that have worked at the Maples to create a great place that people are proud to call home. This is especially true of Scott Watson, who is now taking on the role of Site Manager and has been instrumental in achieving this award.”
Tulloch Homes Managing Director, Kieran Graham said:
“The Pride in the Job award is a highly acclaimed accolade and Cameron is more than deserving of this recognition. His commitment to our customers through the delivery of our high quality and energy efficient homes is commendable and I am exceptionally proud of his achievement.”
Cameron, along with other quality winners, has been invited to an award ceremony in September where his achievement will be celebrated and he’ll find out if he has been successful in the Seal of Excellence and Regional awards.
