Elgin South, public consultation

This public consultation is for phase 3 of Elgin South, Glassgreen Village, following a Proposal of Application Notice (PAN) submitted to Moray Council in March 2024.

We are working on proposals for high quality, energy efficient homes as well as business space, off the A941 on an area of land that has been allocated for residential led mix used development within the Moray Local Development Plan.

The designs include a range of private and much need affordable homes as well as ample open green space, a play area, opportunities for a community orchard or allotments and retail spaces.
