Labourer

The Springfield Group are looking for a motivated Labourer to join our site construction teams on new-build developments across Moray and the Highlands. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills within the construction industry.

 About the Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high quality homes in line with our construction programmes and NHBC standards by covering all aspects of site labouring duties. These include (but are not limited to): -

• Assisting tradespeople with materials and tools.
• Loading, unloading, and moving construction materials.
• Site preparation, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Supporting the team with various manual tasks as required.

 About You

 The ideal candidate will: 

• Preferably have previous experience on construction sites.
• Be physically fit and able to perform manual labour.
• Have good communication skills and a team-player attitude.
• Be reliable, punctual, and safety conscious.
• A CSCS card is preferred but not essential.
