Design Project Manager

We are looking for a self motivated, driven and organised individual to manage and coordinate the pre-development phase of taking developments through planning and warrant to live operation.  The candidate requires to work to deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail and a pro-active approach to ensure Developments are fully prepared for site start.

 Key Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Management of Pre-Development Delivery
  • Coordination of key stakeholders internally and externally to meet key project deadlines
  • Manage key consultants (engineers, architects, etc) to obtain consents/warrants/purified conditions in a timely and cost effective manner
  • Support to the commercial, construction and sales and marketing team
  • Assist with the production of all site project information and schedules and act as the Design Lead for THL
  • The ideal candidate will have experience of working in the house building industry and a strong understanding of the planning and warrant process
  • Engineering experience is also welcomed.

 The successful candidate will:

  • Be educated to SCQF Level 7 or have relevant knowledge and experience
  • Have experience of working in the house building industry
  • Have a strong understanding of the planning and warrant process
  • A full UK driving licence is a requirement
