About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join our team and be the main point of contact for a new, three-year project, in Newtonmore. Nestled at the southern end of the Badenoch & Strathspey within the spectacular Cairngorms National Park, you will manage our new development of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes amid dramatic backdrops, scenic walks and a wealth of history and attractions. You will be responsible for the operational running of the construction site, managing subcontractors to ensure that work is undertaken as per the plans, within budget and in line with Group SHEQ policies and procedures.

About you:

  • Previous experience in a Site Manager role.
  • Hold a current SMSTS. Additional certificates such as CSCS card and First Aid at Work would also be advantageous.
  • Strong communicator and IT literate.
  • A team player with experience of leading, managing and motivating construction teams.
  • Committed to delivering a professional, quality service for our customers and promoting a positive health and safety culture on site.
  • Have a working knowledge of current building regulations, health and safety and NHBC standards.
  • Ambitious and driven to achieve award winning performance on site.
